A former flatmate of mine used to have a crush on Fern. Very grim.

Now that Paula Cole '... Cowboys ... ' song is a lost classic... shame the rest of her work seems so sappy by comparison...

'Life Is Sweet' by Natalie Merchant does similar, though, but even better...
